Last updated 5 October 2026. In short: this website does not track you, does not use cookies and does not take payments. We only see what you choose to send us when you order.
Who we are

What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you
You can browse the whole site without giving us any information. There are no account sign-ups, no contact forms that submit to our servers, no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party marketing pixels.
Your gift list stays on your device
When you tap the heart on a gift, the gift's name is saved in your browser's local storage so your list is still there next time. It never leaves your device unless you tap "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send on Instagram". You can clear it at any time by removing items from the list or clearing your browser's site data.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use this data to identify you. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.
Maps
The map on our contact section only loads when you tap "Show map". Once loaded, it is provided by Google and subject toGoogle's privacy policy.
What we collect when you order
Orders are placed on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or in person. To make and deliver your gift we may ask for:
- your name and phone number or Instagram handle, so we can talk to you about the order;
- the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number, so the courier or our team can deliver;
- details for the gift itself, such as names or messages for tags, photos for photo cards, preferences and allergies;
- payment confirmation details (for example a UPI transaction reference) and, for business orders, your company name and GSTIN for invoices.
We never ask for card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs or passwords. If someone claiming to be Dwraps asks for these, do not share them, and tell us.
How we use it
- to plan, make, deliver and support your order;
- to send you photos and updates about that order;
- to keep basic records required for accounting and tax.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners and couriers receive the recipient's name, address and phone number, only to deliver the parcel.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Instagram (Meta) carry our conversations with you, under their own privacy policies.
- Payment apps and banks process payments you make to us, under their own terms.
- Authorities, only if required by Indian law.
How long we keep it
Order conversations and delivery details are kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle questions, repeat orders and damaged-parcel claims, and then deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Photos of your gifts
We like to share photos of the hampers we make on this website and Instagram. We only share photos of the gift itself, never your personal details, and we remove names or messages from photos if you ask. Tell us when you order if you do not want your gift photographed at all.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law;
- withdraw consent you have given us.
Email dimplewraps@gmail.com with your request. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our services are meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children except recipient details provided by a parent or guardian for a gift.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Order details are kept on our own devices and accounts protected by passwords and two-step verification, and shared only as described above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
